485 Approval Letter - 移民

大家好，想請問一下
我跟我太太今年大概三月左右投出EB3的485
然後六初收到RFE letter要我們補交I-693
六月底我們送出I-693之後，485的Status就一直顯示收到我們的RFE文件
一直到昨天以前485的Status都是那樣，因為我每天都會check一次...
但昨天忽然跳成卡已於10/29寄出，然後今天就收到綠卡了
整個過程中並沒有顯示過485 approved也沒收到485 approval letter
請問有人遇過類似的狀況嗎? 我們有需要擔心並請律師去查嗎?
還是只是信還沒寄到?
這整個狀況有點突然到我們都有點傻眼...
