AOS 轉 CP - 移民

板上大家好，

目前我的狀態為等待 i130 approval 中(CR1)，原本在i130是選擇了AOS，經板主提點，
我改為CP是不需要做任何動作，等待即可。

然而這跟我在網路上搜尋的資訊不太相同(AOS轉為CP需用i824)，讓我有些擔心，不過我
發現有人反應USCIS不讓受益人AOS，因不合乎資格，節錄如下：

“我给老婆申请了I130， 并且刚刚收到了回执，说是批准了 但是段落里面却写着,说是
不eligible to file an AOS. The evidence indicates that he or she is not eligi
ble to file an adjustment of status application. This determination is based o
n
the information submitted with the petition and any relating files. ........
We have sent the approved petition to the Department of State National VisaCen
ter....... ”

想請問板主或各位，若是我在i130的入境資訊Beneficiary's Entry Information 根本是
空白，這樣USCIS是否會直接判讀為我不符合AOS資格，就直接轉到NVC了(這也是原先板主
說不用i824的意思)？

若是這樣，真的很感謝板主如此瞭解這些申請的小細節，讓我們不用走冤枉路！
