bbs problem - 北美

My Windows is English Version so I should be able to help you

我自己的作法是
Here's what I've done to my pc
Contral Panel--> Regional and Language Options--> Language page,
make sure "Install files for East Asian languages"is checked
(能打中文應該就是有打勾了)
(It should be since you can type Chinese)
最後到Advanced分頁，在上方的方格中（此頁一共有兩個）
The last step is, go to Advanced page,
you'll see sth like "Select a languge to match..."
choose"Taiwan" and you are all set.

I realized you can't read Chinese after typing all this
so I put some English on.

"Select a languge to match..."預設值應該是United States
如果這個地方沒有選Taiwan，就會變成可以在網頁或其他地方打中文
BBS會出現亂碼
不過要注意網頁的預設編碼也會變成中文
會導致一些英文網頁不能正常顯示(或勾選)的現象

如果有在下載大陸地區的檔案，這個地方改成"PRC"就可以解決亂碼現象
