有聽過很多類似案例，有的等相當久，希望你不會那麼衰，但真的碰上也沒什麼好怕

聽起來是她很樂意讓你通過，但是法律規定name check沒過就不能通過
所以只能等等等

沒有完整的資訊，只能把這當做一個「謠言」

如果有AP，唯一有可能回不了美國的原因是他違法居留太久(超過半年)
而被禁止入境美國3年或10年
有這種特殊情況的人士，要有自覺，辦到綠卡前不可隨意離境，否則就是多年禁止入境

別難過，碎碎唸不能解決問題。我聽過很多人因為name check而被拖了很久
還有一個人因此延誤了超過一年才拿到(臨時)綠卡; 期間也都是用AP旅行
