請問一下這裡指的半年是說，
總共在美國待的時間，
或者是只計算到收到 I-485 收據之前在美國待的時間？

譬如如果在 H1/B2（隨便舉例）尚未過期前送出 I-485 而且收到 USCIS 的收據，
這之後的時間是不是就不計算在半年內了？

因為面試官說（如果加上送件以後的時間）在美國滯留的時間已經超過半年，
這樣出國有不能回來的風險，
最好是等到核准了再出國。
但是實在是有要事要處理，如果有辦法的話很希望能出國。
