1.如果DV抽籤申請
郵寄地址填寫"美國的地址"
會不會影響中籤率?
2.夫妻不同"日期"填寫申請,中籤率會不會"同一天"上網申請,來的高一點?
我知道這些問題也許無解
不過真的想聽聽板友看法
