EB2 - CP流程請教 - 移民

目前的情況是 I140通過
收到NVC的繳費及文件通知(10月底）


請問一下

CP這階段可以不透過公司律師 自己弄嗎？
跟公司律師連絡了一個多月 公司律師一直沒有要把我的case file出去
所以想說 是不是我可以自己繳費 上網填DS260 及submit需要的文件？

再來是NVC來信裡的document list

請問一下 第三項 Signed Affidavit of Support的部份
是全部都要submit嗎
W2s 我這裡有 其它的我是不是要跟公司要呢？
