2017/07/26 I-140/I-485/I-131/I-765 concurrent filing for main and family
2017/08/28 Complete Biometric for whole family
2017/12/06 I-131&I-765 approved
2017/12/13 Combo card received(Valid one year)
2018/02/05 Name Was Updated
2018/04/02 Filed SR because of case is outside the process time
2018/04/09 SR responsed: case is under review.
You should receive a decision within 60 days
2018/04/10 I-140 approved

Interview無律師陪同
面試官先叫我們宣誓我們說的都是真的
然後開始問我關於雇主的問題
因為我的舊L1 Visa的I-129S在今年三月到期,原本的I-94到2020年
Visa本來的到期日也是到2020年
但我四月因為有事情出境並renew L1
面試官覺得我在四月到六月的期間工作並不合法
並覺得當初海關給我這麼長的期限是錯誤的
我試著跟他解釋I-94沒過期就代表我的身份有效但她聽不下去
我只好跟她說我沒辦法在入境時跟海關要求居留期限
這些期限都是你們給我的
現在說這樣不合法?
結果她就去找她的manager討論
最後回來查了法條說什麼180天rule,所以沒問題
之後一題一題問I-485上的問題
問完後當場拆體檢信封比對完後就Approved並收走combo card
老婆的部分也是I-485一題一題問
並提醒我們拿到綠卡要比對名字跟生日是否正確
然後就說我們all set可以離開了
如果說真有什麼心得的話
就是我還真的蠻後悔沒有請律師陪同的XD
