覺得自己很幸運的, 整個過程都蠻順利的沒問題

雖然在PWD跟PERM中間，律師動作稍微慢一些，不過也不算拖得太久

09/09/2021 PERM submitted
03/04/2022 PERM approved
04/27/2022 I-140PP/I-485/I-131/I-765/I-693 submiited
04/28/2022 USCIS received I-140/I-485/I-131/I-765 applications (SRC)
05/02/2022 I-140PP/I-140/I-485 check deposited
05/10/2022 I-140PP approved
06/04/2022 Bio appointment scheduled
06/22/2022 Form I-485 was transferred to another office for processing
06/23/2022 Bio appointment
06/23/2022 Form I-485 was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction
06/24/2022 Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken
07/22/2022 Call Emma. Confirm I-485 is at the San Diego field office
07/30/2022 I-765 new card is being produced
08/01/2022 I-765 case was approved
08/02/2022 I-765 card was mailed to me
08/03/2022 I-765 card was picked up by USPS
08/03/2022 I-485 New card is being produced
08/04/2022 I-485 case was approved
08/04/2022 Received EAD card
08/08/2022 I-485 card was mailed to me
08/09/2022 I-485 case was picked up by USPS
08/11/2022 Received Green Card

順便跟大家分享一個資訊

大家可以查詢自己的I-94

如果發現找不到Travel History的話, 通常隔幾天485就會通過了

另外如果你是H1B Status又剛好需要辦Extension

可以先申請Extension再交140+485

這樣子H1B的有效期限會是3年, 如果送出表格後再辦則是1年

這邊公司H1B幫我辦加急 我也是很感恩
