2015年 H1b第一次沒中於是老闆答應辦綠卡.
因為OPT將近要結束了所以2016/12月回學校繼續用F1來跑綠卡流程.
PW下來後,因為價碼有點高,老闆一度花了三個月思考直到2016/5月才又繼續流程.

Perm相當順利90天沒被audit,但律師再丟140/485的時候說premium並不會讓你早點拿到綠
卡,所以他建議老闆省下這筆錢.
如果當初有premium其實整個流程還可以再更快的.

在這裡很感謝大家分享的心得,讓我兩年前決定用F1跳綠卡的決心在更堅定了一些.
