四月的時候，我律師跟我說送出I-140了

後來一直有人跟我說I-485也可以一起送，所以我就寄信問我律師，結果他回這樣

In terms of filing your AOS, we have to wait until your priority date
becomes current. Your priority date is 03/20/2008. USCIS is currently
accepting AOS applications for Taiwanese born FNs with priority dates
prior to 05/01/2005. We are tracking the visa bulletin and will let
you know once your priority date becomes current. Thanks!

這是唬爛我的對吧????? 怎麼可能才用到2005年五月

很多去年申請的人都拿到卡了 對吧?還是我誤解了他的意思呢?
