EB2碩士資格 - 移民

各位大大小弟已經爬文,
並且已經查詢到勞工部的 Education & Training code如下文
* 根據資料 "15-1032.00 Computer Software Engineers, Systems Software"
Education & Training Code: 5-Bachelor's degree
* (精華區)如果按勞工部的要求﹐某職位隻要求學士學位﹐但雇主堅持要求碩士學位﹐
而且有材料証明其學位要求的合理性或是因為其生意需要﹐仍然可以按EB-2種類來申請。

如此若公司刊登廣告時表示此工作需要master degree並申請EB2
請問材料證明 通常是需要怎麼樣子的資料?
材料證明律師會幫忙處理還是自己要先準備好?
