F1時親戚公司申請EB3 PERM - 移民

最近規劃去美國讀碩士 目標讀1.5-2年金融相關的碩士
近期統計看起來非常難留美 但是又非常希望留在美國工作
因此正在思考藉由親戚公司能否幫忙申請EB3
網路上說這條路可行 不過還是想請有經驗的大大們分享一下細節
目前最擔心的部分是PERM Audit 相關資料顯示有親屬關係一定會被Audit
想了解要怎麼通過Audit的流程 還有需要準備什麼資料

以下是我目前規劃的時間表 不知道合不合理
若其中有能縮短時程的辦法 也請大家不吝指教 謝謝
假設我幸運地考上喜歡的學校並且於2024 9月入學
2024.09:開始讀書 開始算90天 避免違反F1簽證規定
2024.12:準備PERM
2025.02:請親戚公司遞交PERM
2025.04:被通知Audit 準備資料並遞交資料
2026.04:PERM approved （樂觀想法）
2026.05:遞交I140/I485
2026.06:I140 approved
2026.09:interview and I485 approved

目前檢視了這些關於PERM的審查點 若有1-2點不符合 不知道能不能通過
x > 不符合敘述, v > 符合敘述

the job for which labor certification is sought;
(v)2. Is related to the corporate directors, officers, or employees;
(x)3. Was an incorporator or founder of the company;
(x)4. Has an ownership interest in the company;
(x)5. Is involved in the management of the company;
(x)6. Is on the board of directors;
(v)7. Is one of a small number of employees;不確定親戚公司人數 以最壞來思考
(x)8. Has qualifications for the job that are identical to specialized or
unusual job duties and requirements stated in the application; and
(x)9. Is so inseparable from the sponsoring employer because of his or her
pervasive presence and personal attributes that the employer would be
unlikely to continue in operation without the alien.
