只有Mark的日子（除State Work Period)才表决，今天是7月表决的最后一天，所以说
3012今年已经没戏了。

明年改选后，肯定还会有人提出相同或相类似的议案，让大家再High一次，就像STEM，
Dreamer法案，年年有人提，年年不会过，玩呗，别太认真了。

看來對岸的很悲觀阿希望是真的

: the overall 140,000 cap on employment-based green cards. This proposal
: accelerates the green card process for all employment-based applicants,
: rather than benefiting those from a few select contries at the expense
: of applicants of other nationalites.

: urge the Committee to adopt the more comprehensive solution by supporting
