Job Title: Accoutant
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
(1) Accounts Payable:
@ Process invoices and check requests, ensuring proper approvals, supporting
documentation, and GL coding.
@ Enter expenses into accounting system, prepare A/P reports for review.
@ Maintain loan payment schedule.
@ Print checks as instructed, have them signed, and package them for
distribution.
@ Make recommendation on transfers to operating account as needed to cover
check batches.
@ Communicate with department leaders and vendors and resolve issues
appropriately.
@ Maintain vendor files.
@ Reconcile petty cash funds.
@ Process stale AP checks as instructed by management.
@ Inventory management & Reconciliation.
(2) Accounts Receivable:
@ Prepare daily deposits, and update Deposit Ledger and enter cash receipts
into accounting system.
@Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation and Statement of Cash Flows.
@ Set up and maintain contract files for new customers, ensuring that
documentation is complete and auditable.
@ Conducting credit analysis for new customers.
@ Maintain the sales orders, reconcile to packing slips and prepare weekly
invoicing.
@ Update weekly revenue report to Managers.
@ Prepare Accounts Receivable aging report bi-weekly.
@ Prepare sales & use tax filing by monthly.
(3) Others:
@ Provide support as requested
@ Assist in establishing budget for operating.
@ Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the
required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the
knowledge and abilities would be:
@ Education - Equivalent to an associate's degree from an accredited college
or university, concentration in accounting or finance is preferred.
@ Experience - 2 years accounting experience required.
@ High level of Excel experience and computer knowledge mandatory.
@ Attention to detail, integrity and curiosity essential for success in the
position.
@ ERP-SAP experience is a plus.
@ Mandarin speaking is a plus.

Job Description
‧ The Program Manager (PM) will take lead of the contract manufacturing
projects from client and coordinate within company with the responsibility of
meeting all cost, quality, delivery and client’s satisfaction objectives.
‧ The PM will be the primary contact, coordinator and facilitator for
clients. The PM will own and ensure tasks between the client and the
functions within the company to meet contract’s deliverable, provide
services, and keep satisfactory relationship.
Responsibilities:
‧ Communicate with the client as main point of contact during all phases
of the business relationship from client demand requirements to final
delivery.
‧ Communicate and gain understanding of client needs and communicate it
to related parties within the company and keep all informed of progress and
issues timely.
‧ Coordinate company resources to fulfill client requirements including
ordering, scheduling, manufacturing, quality systems, logistics, etc.
‧ Monitor all clients supporting activity and provides regular updates t
o
the company and the client.
‧ Ensure compliance with and delivery of all contractual commitments wit
h
client.
‧ Monitor and manage material inventory and accounts receivable at healt
h
level.
‧ Develop new opportunity to growth business in the designated accounts.
‧ Maintains good business relationship with client and achieve high leve

of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
‧ Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
‧ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
‧ Minimum of 2~3 years experience at program or project management.
‧ Skills: PC, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
‧ Experience in EMS or manufacturing related industries is a plus.
‧ Experience with SAP and Mandarin speaking are plus
‧ US work authorization
