I-131 and I-765 with I-485 - 移民

各位大大好

小弟最近計畫file I-485, I-131 and I-765
但是有點疑問的是
現在131跟765恢復免費了(和485一起遞件時)嗎？

因為移民局的下面細項寫

You do not need to pay an additional fee for Form I-131 if:

You are filing Form I-131 Application Type B or D;
You filed a Form I-485 with a fee on/after July 30, 2007; and
Your Form I-485 is still pending.

可是上面的表格又寫filing fee是USD 575
有點搞混了.....
