If you filed Form I-140 as a self-petitioner, you must intend to work in the occupational
field specified in the Form I-140. You must provide a signed statement confirming this
intent, unless you are filing Form I-485 together with your Form I-140.

NIW I-140 已經過了 目前博士生要畢業去做post-doc

目前正在準備I485 看到這項

想請問這個signed statement 是指employment letter

還是要自己打個稿 說我post-doc 是在我申請的領域嗎?

另外的signed 是指我自己簽名還是post-doc老闆簽名
