Is GRE score necessary for application for bio science? - 加拿大

Hi

I am preparing to apply for master's (or doctoral) degree in Canada.
My major is bio science.
Some schools say they don't consider GRE Score(such as McGill, Mcmaster...)
I am wondering whether to take GRE test, and the score would be helpful for
application?
In addition, I have took TOEFL test several days ago. Does anybody know the
average admitted socres in McGill, McMaster, Queen's, Alberta or other schools
in bio science departmant?
