PWD 狀態 [in process]近一年 - 移民

就在約莫10天前，我從DOL的網站看到自己case的狀態變成"Determination Issued"。

(律師說他們是3/18/2022送件的)

於是立刻聯絡律師問下一步的行動，但律師都不太回我email，這次也不例外。

等了一週還是沒回我，我直接電話過去，但也不接，只請人要求我留言說再回電。

就在同一天的傍晚，學校(我是cap-exempt的H1B身份)的人聯絡我說什麼:

"There have been some issues with the prevailing wage determination process
being delayed. Due to this, we cannot meet the required timeline"

然後給我2條路走，一是改送EB1，二是重送PWD，

但距離學校hire我的時間，已經過了18個月了，所以不能用speical handling，

所以得重新登廣告 且我得再申請一次這份工作。

但我6年的H1B即將在明年7/31到期了，加上recapture time，我頂多再從7/31/2024

再加上79天，所以差不多明年九月就無法再使用H1B身份工作了。
(假如無法在那之前通過I-140的話)

現在有點慌亂，但我一直很不解，是什麼原因會需要砍掉重來？

Determination Issued 不一定代表PWD通過是嗎？

若是沒通過，有什麼可能的原因會造成沒通過呢？

學校跟律師都不講原因...(氣到快吐血)

有時都懷疑律師給我的case number (我跟律師要的) 究竟是不是真的是我的case?
(畢竟上面也不會顯示名字)

10/12/2021 - Initial contact and sent me a worksheet to fill out.
10/14/2021 - I sent back the completed worksheet.
10/21/2021 - I emailed to follow up any update, but no reply.
01/03/2022 - I emailed to follow up any update, but still no reply.
01/07/2022 - The case manger finally responded to my email saying that they
were still waiting for some documents from my employer.

02/07/2022 - I emailed to follow up any update, but again no reply.
02/17/2022 - I made a phone call to follow up (got some update this time).
05/25/2022 - I emailed to follow up and asked for a case number.
05/26/2022 - The case manager said my case was submitted on 3/18/2022.
02/16/2023 - My case was displayed as "Determination Issued". I emailed to
ask for next steps, but received no response.

02/21/2023 - I emailed to follow up any update, but no reply.
02/24/2023 - I made a phone call, and the person answered my phone call
