你講的申請移民是指一起申請"技術移民"? 還是其中一個有加拿大籍
由加拿大籍的人申請婚姻移民?

我講的不一定對,如果是一起申請技術移民,我想以common-law partner身分也可以
你只要去做skilled worker for self-assessment test裡面的factor 6
其中第一項就是 Accompanying Spouse / Common-Law Partner’s Education

至於資格,官網上寫得很清楚了

Common-law partner

You are a common-law partner—either of the opposite sex or same sex—if:

* you have been living together in a conjugal relationship for at least
one year in a continuous 12-month period that was not interrupted. (You are

You will need proof that you and your common-law partner have combined your
affairs and set up a household together. This can be in the form of:

* joint bank accounts or credit cards
* joint ownership of a home
* joint residential leases
* joint rental receipts
* joint utilities (electricity, gas, telephone)
* joint management of household expenses
* proof of joint purchases, especially for household items or
* mail addressed to either person or both people at the same address.

簡單來說,有上述的證明都可
