Rent: $685.5/month pay directly to UCLA housing

Free shuttle buses take you to and from UCLA every hour during regular school
years. Convenient shopping plaza (grocery, restaurant, best buy, etc) all
less than 5 minutes walking distance. This apartment, with beautiful high
ceiling, is on the top floor of the building (so you’ll never hear the
footsteps of your neighbors above). The bathroom is in the room so good
privacy. Your roommate would be a respectful and studious Ph.D. student.
