當年到韓國玩的第一餐,
就被帶到蔘雞湯店吃,
桌上就擺的一盤盤的小菜,
其中最受同夥愛戴、狂續點的就是不辣的蘿蔔泡菜,
吃起來脆脆、不辣、帶點酸味,好爽口,
回台灣之後,每次去賣場都會多注意一眼,
但看到的幾乎都是會辣、帶點紅色的蘿蔔泡菜,
想說乾脆自己試著醃看看,
不過,上網找食譜也都是會加辣
不知有哪位達人知道不辣的蘿蔔泡菜如何製作嗎?
