這一年的時間從板上吸收不少資訊，我的申請經驗可能有一些特殊的地方可以分享。
首先體檢的部分，從uscis網站找到一個本校醫院的醫生符合資格，去抽個血，
拿I-693用保險annual check全部cover。
I-140的部分有請律師，但我心得是如果能拿到petition模板，
可能花一週的時間我應該可以寫出同等quality的petition，馬上省5000usd。
後來從朋友那邊拿到他的I-140 petition，可能是領域接近，可以說70%左右都差不多，
讓我感覺律師也是套膜版，其他不一樣的地方主要也是我寫給律師的部分。

I485的部分從去年10月壓完指紋一直到New card is being produced，
中間狀態沒有改變過, 都是uscis fingerprint fee was received。
副申請人五月收到出生證明RFE，原本I-485只交了英文戶籍謄本，
年初已經想到有可能被RFE，根據板上訊息已請台灣家人準備好正副申請人的原始戶籍+
翻譯+法院蓋章，所以連同主申請人的也一併寄回到NBC。另外副申請人的I-485上有勾了
public charge，當時在加州有申請medical但沒有使用，主要是給小孩用，所以每次有
回信的cover letter上都有強調之後不會是public charge。
聯絡議員的部分，因為研究有SARS2相關，希望可以加急。前兩次回應大致上很罐頭，
第三次跟我說uscis不知道是filed office 還是 NBC來決定我能不能加急。所幸找WA的
另一個senator，兩週之後跟我通知有一個七月的RFE沒回覆？我根本沒有收到這個RFE，
他掃描寄email給我原來是要Supplement J。打電話給學校HR，說學校政策只幫學校
sponsored的case簽Supplement J，給我律師電話讓我諮詢。打電話律師說是uscis的
mistake可以幫寫RFE response，600usd。已經被寫grant & paper搞到每天強迫症的我，
決定自己花一個晚上寫response。主要就是說uscus你搞錯了NIW不用交Supplement J，
然後附上offer letter、paystubs和w2，再說一次不會是public charge
然後我對COVID疫情很重要，馬上usps快遞回去。隔天field office收到package，
我立刻聯繫Senator Murray Office說Seattle field office收到了我的package，
幫我催一下，結果下午狀態馬上改New card is being produced。
折騰了一年，希望盡快看到這green card廬山真面目
