入境超過45天尚未收到綠卡 - 移民

文章詳細敘述,狀況冗長還請大家耐心看完^^"
小弟抽中DV2013,今年8月面試完後和我老婆在8/12入境美國,
我們在8/9使用ELIS繳US330的移民費用(因為是我抽中我老婆一起拿),然後入境美國後
直到9/3我的ELIS上面的case狀態才由"accepted"變成"OPTIMIZED",而我老婆則是9/4
也才轉變成"OPTIMIZED",但是我老婆在9/12已經收到綠卡,查詢我老婆的ELIS case
狀態,由"OPTIMIZED"轉成"CLOSED",而小弟我目前還尚未收到,狀態還是停留在
"OPTIMIZED",我現在擔心原因是不是因為小弟當初雞婆在ELIS裡的Profile部分的
Physical Address和Mailing Address填寫了現在在美國住的地址的關係(我老婆沒有
做這個動作),但是這個地址是和當初面試交的DS230表格是一樣的,而和AIT託我們
入境美國時交給海關的小牛皮紙袋上面的地址也是一樣。
我們在想會不會是因為我在ELIS的Physical Address和Mailing Address部份填了地址,
(這兩個項目原本在Profile是空白的)
所以造成作業日期延期或是造成我必須要再填AR11的表格去做確認,綠卡才會下來,
因為小弟原本的想法只是想要在ELIS的個人資訊裡面添加這個地址,而這個地址和
之前面試都相同,不知道是不是因為這個原因造成我還沒收到綠卡呢?
還有勞各位大大位小弟解答了,謝謝大家~~!!
附上USCIS上查詢我的case狀況敘述(9/3更新狀態後的敘述一直都一樣如下)
Your OS155A, IMMIGRANT VISA AND ALIEN REGISTRATION was accepted and is being
processed at our intake processing center. On September 3, 2013, we mailed
you a notice explaining this and describing how we will process your case.
Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail
when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you
move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool
to update your case with your new address or contact our customer service
center at 1-800-375-5283.
