網頁上有說 (only for persons also requiring Temporary Resident Visas)
我沒有要申請 temporary resident visa 應該是不用？
所以是第一個？

這應該是類似觀光簽證 既然已經在申請學生簽證應該就不用了?

Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union
這應該是指同居人 or 準配偶之類的 沒同居人應該就不用了?

IMM5646: Custodianship Declaration
監護人那類的 都已經這麼老了就不用了

IMM5476: Use of Representative
本人辦理 應該不用交這份

Letter of Acceptance from the Educational Institution
交了 offer letter 正本影本過去
留了一份影本在身邊

Proof of Financial Support
offer letter 跟獎學金有關的那段正本影本寄過去
留一份影本在身邊

CAQ
不是要去魁北克 應該免交

Fee Payment
銀行匯票 港幣 990 在兆豐辦 300 台幣手續費

Valid Passport

Persons who do not require Temporary Resident Visas for Canada can submit photocopies of the biographical pages of their passport rather than the actual passport.
好像可以交影本就好？

Additional Documents
再寫一篇 Study Plan
根據 http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/hong_kong/assets/pdfs/study-app.pdf
You must attach a study plan (1-2 pages in length) to the application. It should address the following issues:
a. Why you wish to come to Canada to study at the school and in the program for which you have been
accepted;
b. What is your overall educational goal;
c. Why you are not pursuing less expensive alternatives in your home country (What are those
alternatives? Have you investigated them?);
d. What ties do you have to your home country that will lead you to return home following your course
of studies?
e. How will this Canadian diploma/degree increase your chances in the labour market in your home
country?
