升職/加薪 對於EB2 刊登廣告以及之後的影響 - 移民

想要請問升遷對於目前工作綠卡(EB2)申請這個階段的影響。
目前綠卡的階段是在要準備刊登廣告的階段，都還沒進入PERM
若是升遷，只有涉及到薪資調整，但是沒有該改職稱
或是涉及到該改職稱，想要請問個別對於目前申請綠卡的影響是什麼？

因為我跟Tech Lead提出加薪,Teac Lead說ok，但是要之後跟Manager討論。
然後詢問此案件的律師只這樣回答：

This could have potential implications.

please have your employer reach out to use with the new job description
and we can let you know if we could still move forward with
the current green card process.
GIA represents your employer and thus,
we cannot advise on whether a wage increase itself
would affect your PERM process without approval from the employer first.
