終於有人回應這篇了 想說怎麼版上都沒有人討論
看到事件中女主角這樣講 實在很替他的處境感到可憐
因為她不知道照規定來的話整個事件會變成怎樣
當過兵的鄉民絕對知道這四個字的博大精深
先看一段小插曲
筆者國中時要前往中國探親
早上七點到了航空公司櫃台 小姐問說
兵役屆齡男子喔~~你們有沒有區公所兵役課的許可文件
我們全家四人: 那是啥???
(後來才知道 兵役屆齡男子 出國前都要去區公所報到)
看來九點的飛機坐不上了 只好爸爸先飛 媽媽弟弟陪我
九點打給松山兵役課 表明來意後 課長同意由他做擔保
沒有我簽字的情況下 放(ㄖㄤˋ)我(ㄨㄛˇ)出(ㄑㄧㄢˊ)國(ㄊㄠˊ)
傳真給中正機場的境管局
但最後還缺一張相片 只見境管局 拿出 即可拍 要我 靠在大理石牆上
啪的一聲照出一張 田字型 四格 沒洗頭 沒刮鬍子 沒睡飽 的黑白照
只差一張 9527的犯人牌子 超像通緝犯的
就這樣 我上了下午兩點 飛往杭州的飛機
去AIT辦美簽時 萬事俱備 還是被抓查驗人員抓到 我提供的相片 跟護照上的照片相同
因為護照已經使用超過兩年 所以間接證明 申請美簽所用的照片 超過六個月 不合規定
請去重拍 當下奪門而出 跑去隔壁拍完再 跟門口警衛盧一下插隊回去
從新安檢後 繼續辦美簽 前後耗掉一小時 花了三四百台幣
回來正題
本人恰巧 洛杉磯 舊金山都待過 也都去過兩地的領事館
在南加我住在湖人主場旁邊 騎腳踏車可到領事館 辦過學歷認證 拋棄繼承 委託證明等業務
很多都是 當天可領件 甚至是您稍坐一會 等會叫您 當時我剛畢業 時間很多 沒差
在北加我住東灣 車程一小時到領事館 相當於 羅蘭崗到市區
九點開門 我八點要坐地鐵過去 最快九點半辦好 還要自備回郵信封郵票(前一天得張羅好)當天不能給你 要你回家等信(至於USPS寄不寄得到 那是另一回事了)
回到東灣已經十點半 差不多可以買午餐進公司了
結論
很多時候是人家給我們方便 美國地大物博 最重要的是
今天請了假 跑了這趟 任務有沒有完成 就算是學生不用請假
大家也不想開一兩個小時結果沒辦好任務吧
境管局可以照規定要你回去重辦證明
區公所兵役課長 跟我無親無故 可以依法請你回來辦理
在臺協會可以要你從新排兩小時 或是 從新填表等三個月
如今領事館沒有義務告訴你 wilshire 上面的walgreen可以拍完再來
北加州領事館照規定 要你請回 明天再來取件 不然請附回郵
還附近好像沒有沒有walgreen等類似相館
(我不怨北加州領事館的服務 因為各地業務規矩不同 但南加州讓我很感動
在電梯中我會主動跟承辦人員說 你們服務真好)
今天你把他鬥倒了 而我們一般升斗小民換到的是什麼
飛往杭州的飛機坐不上? F1簽證拿不到? 還是明天再請一天假來領事館?
不然就是照規定來 像AIT一樣 旁邊一台快照機器 收你個五六百 (今天洛城只收$10)
試問該事件女主角 很懷疑這樣他會比較高興嗎 還是他真的很在乎
領事館把他拍醜了 拍肥了 套句鄉民的話 不__不要__
