溫室效應是地球表面吸收太陽光後,會放射出紅外線,讓大氣中的「溫室氣體」吸收。吸收的紅外線轉變成熱,一部分向下散發至地球表面,另一部分則向上散發至大氣層上方。
After the greenhouse effect is the earth's surface absorption sunlight, can emit infrared, lets “the greenhouse gas” of absorption in the atmosphere. Absorption infrared can transform the heat, a part evaporates downward to the earth's surface, then another part evaporates upwardly the atmosphere.
目前全球平均溫度的變化,幾乎和二氧化碳含量的變化是同步上升的 。

以台灣為例:一個世紀以來,台灣暖化的速度,是全球平均的兩倍,平均溫度增加了一.三℃,比鄰近的日本、中國更高。台北市的夜間平均氣溫,甚至增加二℃。極端變化的氣候,讓台灣面臨生存的危機。
