收了一張超速罰單，但不能上traffic school... - 洛杉磯

大家好，我上個月從sf開車去la玩
回程時在經過Lamont 附近被超速警察pull over
今天收到了罰單 459$....(65mile zoon,我開94)
現在最主要的問題是，我沒辦法選擇去上traffic school，
(律師說是因為超速超過25mile不能上)
那我該怎麼消掉這個point?
我有上網作了一些功課，也看過了精華區，
大部份的文章是建議書面申訴，這樣可以要求上traffic school嗎?
其實我最主要的是想不被記point，罰單能減免更好.....
其中精華區裡有一篇文章是有提到先申請延期，再書面申訴
可是我從la的superior court上面查不到我罰單上的court

看了很多文章，
