有關laptop維修 - 舊金山

事情是這樣的，我朋友有一台電腦在美國壞掉了
型號是HP V3000
開機之後沒多久螢幕全黑
根本沒辦法做事

我到NB板去看過，目前研判出來可能是主機板或者是顯示卡壞掉
所以必須更換硬體。

因此我想問一下，這邊有沒有人遇過類似的問題？
維修的話大概多少錢？
還是我去找板子自己拆裝比較划算？


順便想問一下，板上有多少人用類似的型號？HP 冰岩。
故障率高嗎？
跟其他廠牌比較起來呢？

我自己目前是Acer，截至目前為止都還滿順的，希望不要有狀況。

目前的處理狀況是，我們嘗試著用Email 跟HP聯絡
然後得到一封回信
回信內容如下：

大致上的意思是要我們去弄一台螢幕外接然後看看狀況
再提供他們更進一步的資訊以供判斷

他那邊星期三有人要回台灣(但電腦主人會繼續留在美國)
所以現在要考慮的狀況是要把電腦帶回台灣修裡還是留在這裡修理...。

另，開機一開始是有畫面的，正常時間大約五分鐘
然後...
...就熄火了。囧>
