有關於手機和電話費的問題 - 溫哥華

我研究了一下大家的文章
我九月會和朋友去溫哥華兩個月
但我們會住在不同的homestay
如果：
1.要和住在溫哥華的朋友和親戚連絡的話，辦一張當地預付卡(sim卡)
(哪家比較好Fido?有一個月會住在KERRISDALE的親戚家不知道收訊如何?)
2.打回台灣-買一張中華的國際電話預付卡(International Prepaid Card)，
這個和用當地預付卡(sim卡)打哪個比較便宜，會差很多嗎?
3.台灣打到溫哥華(手機預付卡號和親戚家)買一張中華的國際經濟電話卡(E-Call Card)
還是直接用室內電話打就可以了?
還是乾脆直接用原門號辦漫遊好?
我的手機是se的w800i(三頻)是不是可以直接用。
問了很多問題
