各位大大好
第一次在泰國版PO文
小弟上禮拜去泰國旅遊
每天都喝了當地的泰式奶茶
實在是好喝到讓人意猶未盡
於是衝動之下買了幾包手標泰式茶
回來台灣自己泡來喝
這幾天在家上網查了製作方法
自己試泡了兩次
實在泡不出當地泰式奶茶的好味道
喝起來感覺總是有點澀澀的
配方如下:
300ml 熱水
20g 手標泰式茶
適量煉乳
(另外還有看到說要加奶水的配方,不過因為去全聯沒找到,所以暫時沒有加)
作法是把熱水煮滾後,茶葉丟進熱水,用小火煮五分鐘,濾掉茶渣,之後加煉乳進去
因為不想要喝太甜,所以沒再另外加糖。不知道是不是甜味不夠的原因,喝起來有點苦澀
因此想請教有泡過泰式奶茶的高手們,要怎麼去除澀味,泡出好喝的泰式奶茶,小弟喜歡
茶的味道為重一點的,謝謝各位大大。
