我又來加映了 XD
這次跟官方確認了個人地址和車籍地址間關係
居住地跨州更改是否需要一併更改車籍及車牌
還有國際駕照是否可作為英譯本部分
VicRoads部分是FB客服
另有請教駐墨爾本台北經濟文化辦事處

I apologise for the delay in responding but I hope this info
helps.

If you are moving to Victoria and will be living here you are
required to change your registration over from Queensland to
Victorian, for info on how to do this please refer to this link
http://go.vic.gov.au/mMgNkh.

You can obtain a Victorian driver licence without having a vehicle
registered here. As you have mentioned the current driver licence
you hold is from Taiwan, you can find further info on the
requirements to convert your licence by following this link http:/
/go.vic.gov.au/UuWVAK, this link also contains info on what type
of licence you would qualify for.

VicRoads does not issue proof of age cards and has no jurisdiction
over them, for info on what you may or may not need to do with
your 18+ card please contact Responsible Alcohol Victoria as the
responsible authority for these cards in Victoria. You may find

To obtain a Victorian driver licence you will need to fulfil the
following evidence of identity requirements found at this link
http://go.vic.gov.au/UuWVAK. An official IDP can be accepted as an
English translation, however you can find more information on the
above link.

如果要申換澳洲本地駕照，您必須出示台灣原駕照及其英文翻譯。
英文翻譯本可經由本地NATTI專業翻譯人員做翻譯，或您自行翻譯再經本處
驗證。
國際駕照上資訊有限，因此VicRoads不接受國際駕照申請本地駕照。
另外換駕照及車籍登記是兩回事，當地地址證明通常指您在本地的水、電、
電話或其他帳單的證明。
必須有這些文件證明您目前居住在您提供的本地地址上，他們才能將駕照或
其他聯絡文件寄到您的地址。

如果要本處驗證您的駕照英文譯本，您須備妥以下文件至本處辦理:

經過交叉確認之後得知
跨州車籍無需更改，只要居住地更改為VIC即可(有VIC地址的帳單即可作地址證明)
英譯本部分VicRoads回信者可能以為只要是官方翻譯的就好，其中可能有認知落差
保險起見，對照VicRoads官網及經濟文化辦事處的回應，還是去翻譯一下為妥
看起來給辦事處驗證的費用會比找NAATI翻譯便宜
若有哪位朋友願意自告奮勇直接持國際駕照去換，請不吝分享結果，感謝！

至於ACT的換照就方便了一點，國際駕照就認可了，不需要另外翻譯。
