位於南海的熱帶低氣壓已於今日凌晨發展成為第16號颱風瑪娃，
預料將向西移向廣東東部沿岸一帶。預計此颱風會於周日午後至
晚間登陸廣東。
一號戒備信號於今日(2)2時20分發出，預估改發三號強風信號或
更高信號的機率不高。
由於瑪娃過去路徑偏北速度分量明顯，預測路徑略微向東修正，
對本港週末天氣影響略為減小。
本港今日天氣酷熱，有煙霞，隨後漸轉多雲，風勢略增，偶有陣雨。
