申請I-130相關問題 - 移民

各位前輩好，

我目前正準備幫我的配偶在台灣申請婚姻綠卡，首先第一步是遞交I130，但這一步就遇到
了問題想請教版上的前輩們。

1.需遞交的表格包含I-130, I-130A,G-1145，請問正確嗎?

2.繳費是否能直接使用美國銀行的支票，將支票寫好直接放在包裹內寄出?

3.除了上述三種表格，是否還需要附上以下資料?如果我只能提供美國護照影本足夠嗎?
A. A copy of your birth certificate, issued by a civil registrar, vital
statistics office, or other civil authority showing that you were born in the
United States;
B. A copy of your naturalization certificate or certificate of citizenship
issued by USCIS or the former Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS);
C. A copy of Form FS-240, Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA), issued by a
U.S. Embassy or U.S. Consulate;
D. A copy of your unexpired U.S. passport; or
E. An original statement from a U.S. consular officer verifying that you are
a U.S. citizen with a valid passport
.
4.是否同時需要提供婚姻關係相關證明資料?像是結婚證書、和朋友們一起出去玩的照片
、?
頭照片….等等

5. 需要同時遞交G-325A 表嗎?
