寫e-mail過去問, 對方會說他們是傳教士之類的

目前人不在國內, 希望能找到人能夠好好照顧他們的房子

就像是自己的房子一樣

要求你填資料自我介紹

通過了才租你

最後要求你匯房租給他們, 他們會把鑰匙跟資料用快遞寄給你.

I must confess that I am very new in this landlord business. However, My name
is Andrew McLeod, I own the apartment located at (8288 Saba Road, Richmond,
BC V6Y 2J4). Due to my job as a missionary worker, I spent less time in

Dishwasher Walk-in Closet Refrigerator Vaulted Ceilings Washer/Dryer Cable
etc...
