第一次煮粥給室友吃 - 文化差異

我的做法不是很專業, 不過應該滿適合你的需求 :D
把五花肉切塊(大小隨意) 先煎一下
蛋也是要先煮過然後剝殼
用大概1:1的水跟醬油(其實我通常是算1:2/3不然會有點鹹)
加上少許的冰糖(也是隨意, 反正不要太誇張)
加幾顆八角(買不到整顆的話, 普通超市都有調味粉, 英文是Anise)
少許的五香粉(不過我覺得這個可有可無, 反正是快速的做法)
煮大概2個小時吧(越久越爛囉)
我bf他們一家人都超愛的..(尤其是滷蛋)
