綠卡過期+6年未入境 要去美國念書 - 移民

大家好
我從1999年起持有綠卡
家庭中父母曾有綠卡但已簽署放棄
兩個妹妹是美國公民住在台灣
另外有一個舅舅是定居美國超過三十年的美國公民

因為之前年紀較小父母希望我在台灣待久一點
大學畢業後也因為照顧祖母在台灣又多留兩年
去年祖母過世後決定回美國念書
今年九月要去top 10 school念mba
目標是畢業後留下在美國工作
但是前陣子默默按照美國學校指示申請了F1
(當時被政府變來變去的簽證政策嚇到了 一時忘記應該先確認綠卡
移民官好像也沒發現綠卡？？？）

我的綠卡在2019年初過期
且在2013年後就沒有再入境美國
原因主要是陪伴家人
但潛在原因是 每次回美國都被移民官帶到小房間
怕繼續入境但不久留真的會被沒收綠卡

但目前已經決定要回美國念書+畢業後找工作
父母也決定要依親妹妹（美國公民）重新申請綠卡進行移民
想問在這樣的情形下
是否能用綠卡入境被判斷為有效而不被沒收？

The website of the Department of State specifies that “A lawful permanent
resident (LPR), who has remained outside the United States for longer than one
year, or beyond the validity period of a reentry permit, will required a new
immigrant visa or a returning resident visa to enter the States.” If you
would like to apply for a returning resident visa to reenter the United States
and resume permanent residence, you must first email us a statement explaining
your situation along with a copy of completed Form DS-117, passports, green
card, and evidence to prove you have met the requirements. An appointment will
be scheduled within two to three days after the receipt.

If you would like to apply for a new immigrant visa, you may have your citizen
relative or employer to petition you a I-130/I-140 new immigrant visa
application. For more information regarding how to file an I-130/I-140 petition
, such as how long it will take, pay fees, and how to file a Form I-130/I-140
with the USCIS Chicago lockbox, please see the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov
or contact USCIS by phone at 1-800-375-5283.

One final option is that you could apply admission with your approved F1
student visa, and then file a Form I-407 with the DHS official at a US port of
entry. Please let us know your determination.

個人解讀是有三個方式入境：
1. 填寫一份文件去AIT面試，取得returning resident visa。主要需要解釋為什麼離開
美國、為何長期不回美國、為了保留綠卡身份做了什麼努力、有沒有相關關係（家人、
工作學校或財務關係）在美國

2.重新申請綠卡（暫不考慮 因為聽說兄弟姊妹幫申請要等十年左右）

3. 用F1簽證進去並簽署放棄綠卡

因素最近兩年應該沒有了。

另外有看到網路上說，綠卡過期+未入境不代表綠卡失效，但可能就是入境後要打移民官
司，所以其實我直接用過期綠卡進去就可以了嗎？已核發的F1簽證該如何處理呢？
