大家好
最近難得看到先生的老家有種pandan leave
正確應該是說像是一堆沒人理的雜草,呵呵~
讓我突然好想吃kaya,不過在台灣應該找不到吧~
想說是不是要來考驗一下自己的廚藝自己做呢~
Google找了一下食譜感覺大家都已經有modified過了
不知道版上有沒有人知道比較正確(傳統)的作法?
另外,有人知道pandan leave要怎麼保存嗎?
我想說如果弄了一堆回來,又沒用完該怎麼保存比較好呢?
冷凍可以嗎?話說pandan leave還可以做燕菜糕 (agar)呢~
