通常發生車禍時，是可以請警察來做筆錄
然後，你能做的只是陳述事實，並沒有什麼"認錯"一類的事

也就是說，對方除了和保險公司解釋事情的經過外
他甚至可以找律師，完全不需要和你有任何的解釋或爭議

也因此，最好的方式是現場找第三人當witness並留下對方資料

比較有可能的情形是，有一方沒保險
或是對方不想出險，你也覺得只是小碰撞，掉個漆一類的
