請問拿學生簽證去其他州玩 超過一週的問題 - 洛杉磯

如題
我現在拿的是學生簽證(五年後到期)，現在有幾點困擾著我
(1) 我的課程9/2結束，新課程是9/13開始。 但是我沒有打算上新的課程
可是，學校卻規定9/2結束後十天到開學前這段期間，我"必須"回台灣一趟。
理由是因為我沒有要繼續上語言課程但我是學生簽證且10/3才會回台灣。
還說什麼，美國很擔心我們這些持有學生簽證的人沒有好好念書，無故滯美。
--> 請問有無方法可以解決這一點呢? 因為我10/3才會飛回台灣，我打算在9/2課程
結束後去其他各地繞繞。
(2) 由於9/21-9/26 共五天我會從LA飛到華盛頓參加親戚婚禮，可是我姑媽說，
這樣海關有可能因為我呆的時間太久，然後對我簽證留有不良紀錄?!
--> 五天在別的州，這樣算時間久嗎??? 請問美國真有這樣嚴格的規定?
