請問日本的外商公司薪資問題 - 日本

前陣子面試了間在東京的外商公司
在面試前得到的資訊是依能力資歷最高可以到1500/hr
可是在拿到Offer的時候 是先給我一個月的合約
然後starter是 900/hr 然後一兩週之後可以談加薪
我不知道這是不是正常的 從1500到900的落差也太大了
我是相關科系碩畢 有兩年多同產業的工作經驗
我相信我的條件應該是超過他們需要的多很多
想請問一下各位鄉民 有人有在外商公司工作過的經驗嗎!?
像這樣的情況是正常的嗎!?
那如果一兩週之後談加薪 加薪的幅度會大嗎!?
如果是時薪900塊 扣個外國人稅就只剩下720
一個月繳個房租水電生活雜廢 就真的要捉襟見肘了...
