這是一篇有關高空氣污染日的文章(High Pollution Day),由於我英文不是很好,看不太懂...麻煩幫我翻譯一下吧!!越通順越好...如果番的差不多...我點數會給最先回答這題的大大喔 !!!

When the daily average reading for PM10 is more than 50 micrograms per cubic metre of air, we classify it as a High Pollution Day.
The level of PM10 is measured in units of micrograms per cubic metre of air. PM10 readings greater than the National Environmental Standard (NES) of 50 are referred to as HIGH, those between 33 and 50 are MEDIUM, while a LOW reading is less than 33.
We also monitor wind information and air temperature, because they can affect the amount of pollution that accumulates. When temperatures are colder, more fuel is burned to heat homes - the major contributing factor to air pollution levels. Higher winds help to clear air pollution and lower PM10 levels.

當空氣質素指標的每天平均值﹐即每立方米空氣中PM10(*)的含量﹐超過50微克時﹐我們會將之界定為高度空氣污染日。

懸浮物通常以顆粒的大小來區分，而當中的可吸入懸浮粒子則可影響人體。這些可吸入懸浮粒子還可以再細分為PM10和PM2.5兩類：
PM10﹝即直徑小於10微米﹞的顆粒，這種顆粒不能被身體的防禦機制阻擋，可以直達肺部，所以十分危險；
PM2.5的顆粒比PM10的更危險，因為它的顆粒小於2.5微米，可以穿透肺泡到達血液。

PM10的濃度是以每立方米空氣中含有多少微米的PM10來衡量。當PM10指標值超過國家環境標準的50微米時會視為高度污染﹐指標值在33-50微米之間會視為中度污染﹐指標值低於33微米時會視為低度污染。
