(翻完了) 唉,好難。以後這類問題可不可以附上專有名詞的英文翻譯,不然還要查很久很久。
而且,有些中文句子不適合直譯(又不知道可不可以改句子),所以可以的話也先把要翻譯的句子簡化些。

to the 8 billion gallon of diesel the state consumes annually. The
Legislature proposed the amendment in legislation H.F. 362.

of  biodiesel. The proposal is supported  by both the Democratics and
the Republicans.

uncombusted hydrocarbons and sulfides. On the lifecycle basis, biodiesel produces 78% less CO2 than petro-diesel.
