Thank you for your e-mail.

In response to your e-mail with the reference number [REFERENTIENUMMER],
I'm sending you this message

You can choose what you would like to do if you would like to change
the name of the recepient. You can accomplish this by sending us a
letter with a request in it. To correctly handle your letter we will
also need the following information and files

- New and Old contractor data; full name, complete adres and birthdate
- New and Old Bank account number
- New and Old bankname
- Letter with indication place, date and signature of both parties
- copy of both identity cards for example: passport, ID-card or drivers license

Please note that all of your invoices need to be completed. If the change
of the recepient is due to the passing of the contractor then a single
signature of the new contractor will be sufficient.
