退稅公司說沒收到我的退稅單怎麼辦 - 德國

五月時在香奈兒總店購物
拿了退稅單幾天到機場海關人員幫忙掃描

上去樓上排退歐元現金時
有一個中國的妹妹幫大家確認資料
才跟我說這張退稅單是選擇信用卡退稅
檢查完了資料才用信封裝起來寄出去

回台灣就一直等
前幾天寫信去PREMIER TAX
他們一直說沒收到
並堅持一定要原來那張寄到他們公司(我有副本)
整個過程我都有確認過
並且那位中國妹妹應該是很專業的官方協助人員
我實在想不到會出什麼錯

以下是他回應我的內容

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your email.



I have checked our database and to date we have not received your voucher.




Please be aware that we are not obliged to provide a refund without a return
of a stamped voucher within the outlined timeframe.

Without the voucher, no refund can be issued.


Unfortunately any kind of copy or picture can’t be accepted, so we must
receive the original copy, only this one is valid and legal for the law.
