大家好, 小弟是即將於月底前往UCI念ESL學生,
將開戶並且把帶去的旅支存入弄成debit card,
請問有推薦在Irvine (UCI)比較好用方便（提領手續費較少）的銀行嗎?

Hi, everybody, I am going to depart for UCI for ESL class.
I plan to open a new banking account so that I could deposit my traveler
cheques and get a debit card. I hope I could find a lot of ATM to reduce
the service charge. Could you help me to recommend the bank?
