從馬來西亞回來,對沙嗲最念念不忘
偷偷問了老闆,得知沙嗲一般分三種肉,
分別是雞肉,牛肉和羊肉,
沙嗲醬汁是花生顆粒醬,不是硬的顆粒,而是煮軟的,
醬汁味道帶點香辣,很好吃。
沙嗲的配菜有黃瓜、飯、洋蔥。
在台灣好像找不到這種正宗口味的沙嗲哪。
