本研究的研究方法是採用量化研究的問卷調查法作為研究方法，使用線上調查法的方式蒐集高齡者的問卷，以客觀的角度瞭解高齡者在科技需求上所呈現的趨勢，以了解高齡者對科技的需求，做出結論與建議，提供後續相關研究者可參考的具體建議。
