但是之前訂機位的時候有遇過某家航空公司提供非常長一串不同的素食或餐飲習慣菜單
光不同的素食就至少有10多種吧...

西方素食餐(奶蛋素) (VLML)
對可食用乳類及蛋的素食者:在可能的情況下,我們的起士會採用酉每凝起士。
純素食餐 (VGML)
純素食菜餚,不含肉、肉類製品、魚、禽,豬油、吉利丁、乳類製品、蛋及蜂蜜。
東方素食餐 (VOML)
使用中式烹煮素食菜餚,不含肉、魚、乳類製品及根莖類蔬菜,例如大蒜、洋蔥、蔥、薑等
。
嚴格的印度素食餐 (IV)
菜餚內不含肉、魚、蛋、乳類製品、海鮮及根莖類蔬菜,如馬鈴薯等。
